The Saint Miklós castle

The Saint Miklós is the first castle that got rented out in Ukraine. It was used as a depot and a trash disposal. It was discovered by enthusiasts who cleared it out and began researching its cultural heritage. The castle started its transformation back into a historical monument. In over 10 years it has been visited by thousands of tourists as a venue of international plein-airs and festivals

Borzhava narrow-gauge railway

Borzhava narrow-gauge railway is one of few 750 millimeters track railways still operating in Ukraine. Its route goes through Vynohradiv-Khmilnyk-Irshava and covers 123 km. The line goes along the river Borzhava that gives its name to the railway. The two-carriage train goes across Vynohradiv farmers' market and takes the passengers around Zakarpattia. The maximum speed is 15 km/hr, which allows you to enjoy the landscapes.
