On the 4th of October, the Ukrainian flag was officially hoisted in the liberated city of Lyman, Donechchyna. Russians attacked two areas of Kharkiv, one industrial and one infrastructure facilities were damaged, and one person was killed that same day. In Bucha, people bid farewells to the Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, aircraft pilot Mykhailo Matiushenko, who led the group of pilots known as the “Ghosts of Kyiv”.

October 6-7th in Ukraine: Photos

Russian troops shell Ukrainian cities every day. On the night of October 6, the occupiers attacked the center of Zaporizhzhia with rockets, resulting in deaths and injuries. A mass burial of civilians was found in the liberated Lyman. Ukrainian defenders successfully repel enemy attacks in Donechchyna and Prychornomoria.

10 October 2022 in Kyiv: Photos

Last morning, Russian troops launched numerous missile strikes on Ukraine, causing deaths among civilians, as well as the destruction of civil infrastructure facilities. As a result of the shelling of Kyiv, more than 70 buildings were damaged – in particular, critical infrastructure facilities, a university, schools, a kindergarten, a library, museums, administrative buildings, and residential buildings. More than 50 people were injured, and seven people were killed. The events of that day in the capital were captured by the Ukrainer’s photo editor Yurii Stefanyak.
