On the morning of August 20th, new explosions rang out in the temporarily occupied Crimea. Due to the threat of an emergency situation at the occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP in Ukraine, a crisis headquarters was created on the basis of the “Enerhoatom” state enterprise. In Kyiv, a “parade” of destroyed Russian equipment was held on Khreschatyk.

August 21-22nd in Ukraine

The Ministry of Internal Affairs asks Ukrainians to be especially vigilant on Independence Day because of possible provocations by the occupiers. One person was killed and six others injured as a result of the attack by the Uragan air defense system carried out by the Russian troops on Zelenodol on August 21. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine organized a charity bike ride in Kyiv.
